The basics are the basics and until we get them down we just as well not move on. Are you drinking at least 64 ounces of water daily? If not, why not? Really, I mean it. Why do you not drink at least 64 ounces of water daily? I was doing great but I slacked off a bit over the past week or so and I can tell. My skin is drier and itchy etc etc. Cold weather has arrived in the Midwest and that makes exercise more challenging since some of us really like the outdoor thing. So here are some ideas to keep exercise in your life even when it’s cold. What one challenge will YOU take?
That’s right, I”m using my daughter, Amber’s blog to help us along. She’s got the same thing going. See, it doesn’t matter how old you are you need exercise. You need to drink plenty of water. You need to eat real food!
