I’m sure it hasn’t even crossed your mind but I missed another Wednesday post. I did have an early morning staff meeting but the truth is I’ve been slacking for the past couple of weeks. (period) I don’t think I’ve actually exercised in over 2 weeks now. Add into that equation I’ve been eating some Christmas treats, slacked on my water intake and guess what? I’m feeling more tired in the evenings than I’ve felt in a really long time. So there it is, my confession.
A few weeks ago I posted some challenges through my daughter’s blog. I did not start one. I will. I’m interested in the plank one and the sit ups. I’ll check them out and choose at least one if not both. Not being able to run after work due to darkness and temperature has really challenged me. I think I need to exercise in the mornings but I hate giving up my quiet time routine. It’s my favorite time of day. I will work on making a realistic plan.
How are you doing? Is this holiday time hard for you to get your exercise in?
I know exactly what you mean, I’m too busy and too tired and I’ve only gotten 1 or MAYBE 2 runs in these last few weeks. If it was only tired it would owrk out but that plus busy it just isn’t happening. Tierd and busy just work against eachother, I’m thinking it will slow down next week because I won’t have family coming over any more….
