It’s Wednesday (again) and Thanksgiving is tomorrow. Today what I am grateful for is new mercies every day and every day. That time of the year has hit where I find it hard to exercise on a regular basis AND I like warm comforting types of foods. This is not a good combination. However, this year instead of taking the attitude, “oh well, I already blewit by not exercising today” I’ve decided to say, this is a “new day and I will make good choices one by one.” Instead of just condemning myself for a poor decision already made I will take each day and each decision individually and not give up.
What about you? What are you willing to do to not lose all of the progress you made while the weather was warm and inviting outside?

Hmmm, what am I willing to NOT do ?? I’m not willing to QUIT. It may mean being on the treadmill instead.
And I’m not giving up on the weights… even thou I’m not very good at it. I know it’ll help in building up the muscle which will help me run faster / longer.
I blow it food wise quite often. But don’t beat myself up about it.
