Are you you trying to be all things to all people? Is your ministry trying to reach everyone, every day?
It is a basic premise of Treasure Chest Ministries that God has prepared each of us for “works of service” (Ephesians 4:12 NIV) and that we, as Christians are all a part of the Body of Christ. With these basic concepts in mind it is our belief that none of us are expected to everything. We believe that we need to work together, each of us focusing on primarily on the calling the Lord gave us as individuals. Working together we can accomplish much more than working individually.
Do you have needs either as an individual or ministry that you are not prepared to meet? Do you have a vision but you don’t know where to start?
Our vision is to cultivate and connect God’s people which will multiply the Kingdom. Let us come along side you by prayerfully helping define your need or vision and connecting you with someone with a matching passion to help you or provide the service you need.
I’m stuck. We just keep doing what we have always done. It seems stale. What can I do?
Sometimes just talking with someone outside of your own circle of ministry helps to give you a fresh perspective. Allow us to meet with you and hear your story. “For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God which is in you” through the laying on of my hands. For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.” 2 Timothy 1:6-7
Is your ministry doing too little?
Let us meet with you. Tell us who you are and what you are doing. We love nothing more than to help you grasp God’s plan for your ministry. “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds” Hebrews 10:24 (NIV)
I can’t afford help.
Try us. While it is necessary to charge for some services Treasure Chest Ministries is a not-for-profit organization. We are supported not only through the fees charged by Treasures but also by Treasures contributing toward our administrative expenses and donations. This makes it possible to support ministry with reasonable fees, free will offerings or even no fees as the Lord allows.
How do you choose Treasures?
All of our Treasures have had personal interviews, faith stories heard, agreed to our Statement of Faith and references checked. If appropriate their ministry may have been witnessed by one of our Treasure hunters. One of the most important parts is the time spent defining their true passion and capabilities. It’s our desire to not only give you a preacher for a pulpit fill but one that will truly “fit” your need. It’s also important to know that once a Treasure is certified they are not ignored. We are in regular contact with them and strive to supply them with encouragement, resources for growth and accountability.
Can I have input on the Treasures I use?
Absolutely! We will discuss your need thoroughly before we consider what Treasure fits your need. Then we’ll let you know who we have to offer and you can decide if you believe this will be acceptable. We would like your input on the effectiveness of our Treasures after you have used them. You will be given an evaluation form to give us your feedback.
I know what I need. What do I do?
Check out our list of Treasures then contact us. Don’t see what you need? Call or e-mail us anyway. We’ll go on a Treasure hunt especially for you!
What if I know someone I believe could be a Treasure?
